Advice from Océanopolis
Last year, Océanopolis had published information and advice for people who would find themselves in Randy’s presence. Noting in particular: “This wild animal can have unpredictable and dangerous reactions with swimmers, divers and certain water activities. If you meet him at sea, on the beach or in ports, it is essential to respect certain rules: do not try to touch or stroke him, he is not a pet; do not feed it, it hunts and captures its prey at sea, move away from it or come out of the water if it approaches and requires physical interaction. “
Adding:
“The good advice: Stay at a distance and enjoy this rare moment to observe a dolphin in its natural environment. “
And concluding with this request: “Send us your observations on Océanopolis social networks or by email to [email protected]”
