BRATISLAVA – Former Slovak football player Ján Ďurica has decided to get rid of one of his luxury residences. The property in Bratislava Koliba, which he owns, appeared on the real estate market with a very high price tag.
The ad with a luxury headquarters originally had a price tag of over 900,000 euros, but the latest “price by agreement” shines there. The 39-year-old successful athlete owns several properties, so it can be assumed that he wants to take advantage of the current situation on the real estate market, as the amounts for apartments are really high.
Ján Ďurica ended his career two years ago and later worked at Petržalka football as an assistant coach. He wanted to go his own way and founded the Mladé Levy football school. For many years he was the backbone of the back ranks of the Slovak national team and also played at the 2010 World Championships or EURO 2016.
