Pension fund: lump-sum withdrawal or pension?

My pension fund has announced that it will reduce the conversion rate. I (man, 60, married, two adult children) therefore intend to withdraw my pension fund as capital (around CHF 500,000). What do I have to consider? Which investment options are useful?
