People over the age of 16 are eligible to donate blood, but those under the age of 18 must have parental consent. You also need to weigh at least 110 pounds. Any government identification is accepted, including the consular registration number.
Those with HIV / AIDS, active lung infections, leukemia, breast, colon and lung cancer; or had hepatitis B or hepatitis C are not eligible to donate blood.
Also if you are diagnosed or suspected of having covid-19 you cannot donate until you are symptom free for 14 days.
