NYC Offers New Resources to Help Victims of Storm Ida – Telemundo New York (47)

The mayor also noted that the Big Apple works with the Red Cross to give cash debit cards of up to $ 500 to storm victims to help offset other costs and will also provide rent assistance through Met Council.

President Biden, who will visit Queens on Tuesday to tour the areas affected by the storm, approved on Sunday Declaration of Major Disaster for various counties in New York: El Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Richmond (Staten Island) y Westchester.

  1. my name is marie joseph, my family and i were hit by the storm ,my house is located in st albans queens , due to the storm we lost ,our water heater and boiler , which i already replace, my refrigerator is also damaged who was packed with food , i would really appreciate the help .
