September is a special time for Ludivine Rouzès. It is indeed the time of the year to raise public awareness of childhood cancers, which each year affect more than 2,500 children and adolescents in France. Despite the pandemic, Emma’s mother, who died of neuroblastoma in 2014, is on all fronts to continue to publicize the fight that many families are leading and to raise funds. For this new edition of September in Gold, Ludivine has set up several charitable operations in collaboration with local actors.
A solidarity raffle
Since August 20, the young woman has launched the second edition of “LH’eureux Hasard”, a 100% Le Havre solidarity raffle. Bringing together artists, associations, traders and local artisans who were keen to join the cause of this mother courage, the game was set up online and allows, thanks to the purchase of tickets worth 5 euros each , to win nearly 70 gifts. Among the prizes offered: works by Jace, Teuthis, Mascarade or Pierre Lenoir Vaquero, a wind tunnel flight, a sailing course, a meeting with a skipper during the Transat Jacques Vabre, dance and yoga lessons, a photo shoot, show tickets, treatment at the Vent d’Ouest hotel, a meal at the Wise Children, vouchers at several merchants, or a week in a motorhome (non-exhaustive list). “The city of Le Havre is also offering to win a subscription to the Hôtel de Ville theater

All donations collected will be donated to l’association Imagine for Margo, aimed at accelerating research against childhood cancer.
Le Havre bars mobilized
Ludivine will also organize the traditional “To their health” operation on Friday, September 10. On this occasion, the bars and restaurants of Le Havre will donate part of their recipe for the day to Imagine for Margo. “I am proud and moved by the mobilization of all these partners, emphasizes Ludivine. Today it is they who are the force of proposal to help me raise funds. Like Julie Lestrelin from La Capsule Havraise, who made an original t-shirt whose profits from the sale will go to research against childhood cancer.
“Jean-Luc Moyne, president of the Saint-Vincent merchants association, also offered me a partnership with the Porsche club. In this context, during the next pedestrian day in Saint-Vincent scheduled for September 26, 2021, Porsche tours will be offered to children. The money collected on this occasion will be donated to my association ”, underlines Havraise.
Concerts organized by the Lions Club Salamandre will also take place at the end of September for the benefit of Ludivine’s long-term fight.
