Thomas Larkin is charged with assault. According to the indictment, he allegedly abused Daniel Paille by handing out a hard tackle with his body and club against Paille’s head and body at high speed, even though Paille did not have the puck. Thomas Larkin denies crime, according to the indictment.
Daniel Paille has left Canada to take part in the trial which is in Gävle District Court.
