TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Welcome National Consumer Day (Harpelnas) which falls on September 4, 2021, PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), main dealer, and its dealer network, expressed appreciation for the loyalty of Honda motorcycle consumers throughout Indonesia through a number of activities with the theme “Together with Honda, One Heart We Care”.
General Manager Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Antok Yuniarso said Harpelnas is a momentum for companies to give appreciation to consumers, especially during the pandemic.
“As a form of appreciation, various creative activities are carried out by our network according to the characteristics of consumers in their respective regions, as well as following local regulations regarding health protocols. We hope to continue to assist consumers in their daily activities through the best products and services throughout Indonesia,” said Antok.
This activity is held in the period August to September 2021 with the main activity offering event-event local for consumers on the Honda motorcycle network in Sumatra, Java, to Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua.
Each region in the entire Honda motorcycle network carries out its own agenda as an appreciation and closer to consumers.
Activities carried out include a series of education, webinars or seminars, activities that involve the community such as demonstrations about health, to social services with strict health protocols.
“Of course, the creative activities carried out by our network are adjusted to the characteristics of consumers in their respective regions, as well as following local regulations regarding health protocols,” said Antok.
Creative activities in the Sumatra region, particularly in North Sumatra, PT AHM and its dealer network organize webinars that educate the public about health and business. This webinar was attended by no less than 1,000 Honda motorcycle consumers.
Meanwhile, one of the dealer networks in Java held a wholesale trade event for SMEs. In Yogyakarta, for example, there was a City Rolling activity, followed by wholesale MSME merchandise by looking for small traders. Merchandise that has been bought up is then distributed to those in need.
Not only that, at the same location, basic food items were also distributed to 100 medical personnel. This activity is a form of appreciation for medical personnel who are at the forefront in handling Covid-19.
For the Sulawesi region, to be precise in Makassar, PT AHM and its dealer network distribute health device packages (healthy kit) to loyal customers done door to door to the homes of selected consumers.
Implemented while still implementing strict health protocols, this activity will be held on 4-6 September 2021.
In addition to activities that involve consumers, the Honda motorcycle network is also getting closer to consumers through creative videos on social media.
The creative video containing National Customer Day greetings from main dealer leaders and employees was broadcast on their respective social media to greet consumers.
