The Taliban detained 4 planes, here are their demands

At least four charter planes hired to evacuate several hundred people from Afghanistan have been unable to leave the country for days.

The explanations for this are contradictory.

An official at Maza and Sharif Airport said the passengers were Afghans, most of whom did not have passports and visas and therefore could not leave the country. According to him, these people left the airport to settle the problems.

A prominent member of the US House of Representatives said there were six planes in Mazar and Sharif named Americans, which the Taliban had been “holding hostage” for two days. House Foreign Affairs Committee member Michael McCall told Fox News without elaborating that the Taliban had demands.

“They will have more and more demands, be it money or the legitimacy of their government.”
