Suara.com – The Hubble Space Telescope peeks into neighboring galaxies Milky Way to see a newborn star cluster.
Just beyond the Milky Way about 210,000 light-years from Earth lies the Minor Magellanic Cloud (AMK), an irregular dwarf galaxy that contains hundreds of millions of stars.
AMK is one of the closest neighbors to the Milky Way and is the farthest object that can be seen with the naked eye.
Currently, Hubble is peering deep into the heart of AMK to reveal the bright star cluster NGC 346 at its core.

NGC 346 is a region where hot new stars push and pull the gas and dust that surrounds it, making it filled with clumps of light blue stars. The view was captured by Hubble and shared by NASA on Monday (08/30/2021).
“Dark, bead-like edges are visible in the silhouette captured by Hubble. It contains several small dust grains that point back toward the central cluster,” NASA officials said in the release of the image, as quoted from Space.com on Saturday (4/4). /9/2021).
The radiation hitting the surrounding dust and gas exposes even more star-forming regions and when that happens, all the dust and gas is channeled along the radiation path.
