The Swedish pop group ABBA, which remained popular for decades after ceasing to operate, returned with their first studio solo album in 40 years with 10 songs.

Abba Travel will be released on November 5 in the busiest season for Christmas presents and will be followed by a series of concerts presented as revolutionary, including because they will feature virtual copies of the quartet. There is also a Christmas song, revealed Benny Anderson.

For 5 weeks, each of the group was filmed by 160 cameras so that the group could say that these were not their imitations, but the performers themselves. A special “arena” is being built for the show, where a group of 10 people will play during the show.

Björn Ulveus and Benny Anderson told from London that it all started 4-5 years ago. Benny said that when they photographed their avatars (called ge abbats) for the show in the name of maximum authenticity, he had to shave his beard, which he has been wearing for 50 years.

The two explained that their concert at the specially built arena will include 22 songs, including classics. The premiere is on May 27, 2022, the performances will be 6 times a week with ticket prices starting from 21 pounds. Their sale starts on September 7.

The Abbots are made by special effects company Industrial Light and Magic, founded by George Lucas. More than 850 people have been hired for the project, who have used the equipment to photograph every corner and detail of the performances of the four of each song from the show.
