DARMSTADT – It is enough just to hear Richard Martin to open up whole worlds of the imagination. But if you also see the man from Darmstadt, when facial expressions and stage presence interact, the experience becomes even greater: Martin, a master in the art of storytelling, opens the season in Darmstadt’s Halbneun-Theater this Friday, September 3rd. The musician Peter Wucherpfennig accompanies the stories and takes up the atmosphere of the stories while playing the Celtic harp.

The cabaret on Sandstrasse resumes after the long compulsory Corona break. On Saturday the stage will be dedicated to folk and west coast music when the “E 3 Acoustic Band” will present their new single “Paddy Train” in concert. Both performances start at 8.30 p.m.

On Sunday, September 5th, the cabaret artist Monika Blankenberg will start her motivational training for optimists at 7.30 p.m.: “Aging is not for cowards – stay young!” is the name of the Rhinelander’s program, who uses many everyday anecdotes to promote a happy aging process.
