First, EPA / omega 3 fatty acids which are immunostimulant to increase the body’s immune system, then protein to replace damaged body tissues and strengthen muscles to provide body strength, as well as vitamin D.

“Consumption of ONS (Oral Nutritional Supplement) can also be an alternative for optimal nutritional fulfillment if we have frequent mobility outside the home.
