A person using a loved one’s pass incurs a fine of 750 euros (fixed at 135 euros if it is paid quickly), an amount which reaches 1,500 euros in the event of a repeat offense within 15 days.
The health pass – complete vaccination certificate, negative test of less than 72 hours, certificate of cure against Covid-19 – was made compulsory from June 9 in certain places bringing together more than 1,000 people (stadiums, exhibitions, fairs, festivals , casinos).
Since July 21, it has been extended to places hosting more than 50 people (culture, leisure, sports, exhibitions, etc.). Since August 9, it conditions access to hospitals except emergencies, bars and restaurants and large shopping centers by prefectural decision.
