“Harmony Home Teika” is planned to be only one four-storey house with 48 apartments. It is scheduled to be commissioned in the summer of 2022.

“At a time when new projects are being applied as mushrooms after the rain, trying to beat the number of apartments offered, the demand for low-rise projects with a limited number of apartments is becoming less and less common in the housing market. Demand for apartments in such projects has always been high,” “Arco Real Estate“Ieva Jansone, Head of Sales Department.

The “Harmony Home” apartment building project has been created by “Stats grupa”. The project developed for the Northern European market solves the problems of the construction process – the availability of construction materials and labor and the increase of costs, as well as promotes the predictability and quality control of the construction process. This allows developers to reduce construction time by 25% and reduce labor costs by 30%, the company explained earlier.

The Austrian patented VST (permanent formwork) technology enables the production of all building structures in the factory with industrial precision up to a millimeter. On the construction site, the formwork is assembled and filled with concrete. According to the widespread experience in Scandinavia, utilities are installed and concreted in load-bearing walls and ceilings. This approach allows to bypass most of the time-consuming, dirty and expensive additional work after the construction of the frame, as well as to obtain additional space at the expense of engineering shafts.

VST technology is especially popular in Western Europe and Scandinavia. “Stats grupa” has built eight buildings in Latvia according to this technology, but in Western Europe – more than 40.

The project as an apartment house, hotel or service hotel can be replicated on any plot of land with appropriate zoning, taking into account the requirements of the developer and location. For each project it is possible to choose the required number of floors and buildings, as well as the types of apartments on the floor.

“Harmony Home Teika” in Riga, Ķeguma Street is being created in cooperation with “Stats grupai” and “Realto”. Construction is performed by Stats Build, a Stats Group company.
