NCP stipulate 22 people as bribery suspects in connection with the sale and purchase of the positions of village heads or village heads in Probolinggo Regency. Including Probolinggo Regent Puput Tantriana Sari along with her husband, who is a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Hasan Aminuddin are also suspects.
“KPK has named 22 suspects in this case,” said Deputy Chairman of the KPK, Alexander Marwata, during a press conference at the KPK Building, Tuesday (31/8/2021).
The KPK has named 18 people as suspects for giving bribes related to the position of village head in Probolinggo Regency. While 4 other people as recipients of bribes.

The suspects for giving bribes will be charged with Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a or Article 5 paragraph 1 letter b or Article 13 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning eradication of corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, the bribe recipients are suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or article 12 letter b or article 11 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of corruption. juncto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.
