The fortunal football club FK Pohronie Žiar nad Hronom Dolná Ždaňa ended its cooperation with head coach Gergely Geri on Monday.
The management of the organization informed about it on its Facebook. The forty-four-year-old native from Kráľovské Chlmec took over the club after the end of last season, in which he worked in Sered.
In the current season, FK Pohronie won four points out of six league duels for his home victory over Michalovce and a draw with Sereď. The team from Žiar nad Hronom is in 10th place out of twelve participants in the current table. During the last weekend, he lost at home to Dunajská Streda smoothly 0: 3.
“The management of the club agreed today with Gergely Geri not to continue as head coach. Despite the short cooperation, we thank coach Gerim for the work he did for FK Pohronie during the summer training and at the beginning of the Fortuna League, ” introduced the club.
