Presentation of the establishment:
The “KORIAN MAS DE LAUZE” establishment is a private retirement home belonging to the KORIAN MEDICA Group. The establishment has 72 permanent accommodation beds (including 14 in protected areas), 2 temporary accommodation beds and 6 day care places. The establishment is located at Chemin du Puits de Louiset in Nîmes. Located at the gates of the garrigue and at the foot of the CHU Nîmes Caremeau, in a green space.
Your mission :
GUARANTEE THE GOOD PERFORMANCE OF PREVENTIVE AND CURATIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
GUARANTEEING COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY AND HYGIENE RULES
6-month fixed-term contract – Part-time daytime – Working time 1 FTE
Your profile :
Master the internal procedures and the regulations in force.
Organize, plan, coordinate the successive phases of a site.
Define your maintenance priorities.
Computer knowledge.
Make a diagnosis, establish priorities, analyze a situation and make a judgment.
Keep all registers up to date (fire safety, health book, etc.).
Manage energy management.
20% monthly, or 7 hours per week
