France will transfer 22 helicopters to Ukraine by the end of the year

The helicopters will be used by the State Border Service, the military, the police and the rescue service.
By the end of 2021, Ukraine will receive 22 French helicopters under a contract signed in 2018 with a French company Airbus Helicopters SAS… On Saturday, August 28, informs press service Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In total, within the framework of the contract, 55 French-made helicopters are to arrive in Ukraine.
In particular, Н125 for the State Border Service of Ukraine, Н145 for the National Police of Ukraine and Н225 for the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations and the National Guard.
It is noted that these helicopters are adapted for aeromedical evacuation, rescue operations, maintaining public order, anti-terrorist and special operations, supporting security at state borders and maintaining order on the roads.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that 17 French helicopters are already operating in the department’s system:

2 types Н125 for the State Border Service;

5 type Н145 for the National Police;

6 type H225 for GSChS;

4 types H225 for the National Guard.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that within the framework of the previously signed contract, Ukrainian aviators also undergo training at the training centers in France and Germany, as well as at the funds of aviation units in Ukraine.
Recall that the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the State Concern Ukroboronprom intend to consolidate efforts for the development of the digital economy, digital innovations, in particular the field of artificial intelligence technologies.
