For each student, the costs are considered to be approximately 1,200 euros for school supplies and books, 75 euros per family for fuel and 189 euros more for price increases while for electricity and gas bills there will be a greater expense of 24, 5 euros per family between October and December compared to the same period last year.
And it is no better for retail prices, for which Codacons assesses a general increase in the cost of living: “If inflation confirms the upward trend of recent months, every family will have to take into account, only for the autumn period , a greater outlay of 189 euros “. For transport,” the heavy increases in fuel at the pump will lead to an increase in refueling costs of 75 euros per family only in the autumn months, and there will also be repercussions on the front of electricity bills and gas. The upward trend in gasoline, in fact, will have consequences on energy tariffs, with higher spending on electricity and gas estimated at + € 24.5 per family only between October and December compared to the same period in 2020 “.
