An 18-year-old from Shabla with a BMW hit a car on the road with a woman behind the wheel and two children, according to the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Dobrich.
On August 24 at 6.30 pm, by phone 112 in the Regional Department of the Ministry of Interior – Shabla, it was reported by a 38-year-old woman from the town of Panagyurishte that while driving his own Ford car on the way from the town to Fara, an unknown man with a BMW with Dobrich registration is in close proximity to their car and puts in danger her two minor children who drive.
He then overtook her car, stopped at the banquet and, while the woman was moving towards him, broke the right rear-view mirror. The driver of the BMW, a young man from Shabla, has been identified. He was detained for 24 hours, pre-trial proceedings were instituted.
