Angers Loire Métropole is recruiting for its Land Use Planning and Development Department an Urban Planner (F / M) CDD of 5 months
MISSIONS
Attached to the “strategic studies and urban planning” department manager, within a multidisciplinary project team, you actively contribute to the development of the various pieces of the community PLU. You are a reference in a geographical sector of the territory bringing together several municipalities in an educational role, advising municipalities in the development of their urban projects and you develop in particular the PLU for their sector. As thematic referent for “landscape, biodiversity”, you contribute to the translation of these themes in town planning documents (SCOT and PLUi). You participate in developing existing town planning documents (modification / revision procedures).
As such, you must:
-Ensure the relay between Angers Loire Métropole and the municipalities of the reference sector (listening, presence, advice, force of proposal, drafting of PLU documents concerning them or other);
-Develop (write and make the necessary mapping) the different parts of the PLUi (presentation report, PADD, OAP, written and graphic regulations, appendices);
-Ensure the consistency of the treatment of the theme “landscape, biodiversity” in the PLUi and a watch on the subject in general;
– Be a force of proposal within the project team so that the planning mission is best assured within Angers Loire Métropole;
-Develop meeting facilitation materials, lead meetings, write reports.

PROFILE
Graduated with a bac + 5 in town planning, land use planning and sustainable development, you also have experience in this field.
Your good analytical skills and understanding of technical and legal tools in the field of town planning are coupled with an easy approach to strategic issues and an ease in adapting the tools offered to the context of the presentation.
You are proficient in mapping / GIS.
Your organizational skills are recognized, as are excellent interpersonal skills, which must be implemented both with elected officials and with external partners and actors (State services, other communities, design offices, etc. .).
You are fluent in computer (including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design) and cartographic tools.
