Reports regarding the termination of access on a number of these devices were submitted by WhatsApp through its official website some time ago.
On its official website, WhatsApp ensures that a number of Android phone users running the operating system 4.04 or older will no longer be able to enjoy the short message application.

Not only for Android users, WhatsApp will also no longer be available for a number of iOS devices that still use the iOS 9 operating system and below.
Some Android devices that can no longer access WhatsApp are Samsung Galaxy Core, Samsung Galaxy Ace 2, Samsung Galaxy S2, Samsung Galaxy Trend Lite and Samsung Galaxy S.
As for Sony devices, including Sony Xperia Mio, Sony Xperia Neo L and Sony Xperia Arc S. For Huawei devices, namely Huawei Ascend D Quad XL, Huawei Ascend D1 Quad XL and Huawei Ascen P1 S.
Furthermore, for LG devices, including LG Optimus L5, LG Optimus 4X HD, LG Optimus L7 and LG Nitro HD. Other than that are the Alcatel One Touch EVO 7, HTC Thunderbolt and Motorola Droid X.
For iOS devices, devices that can no longer access WhatsApp include iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus and iPhone SE.
