Aiks Sarkisyan, a member of the ruling party, has named all those defense ministers as traitors, during which the Armenians were able to buy back money from the army.
Former Defense Minister Seiran Oganjan, the leader of the Armenia faction, then threw a bottle of water at the speaker.

The new parliamentary parliament of Armenia, which was elected in the early elections on June 20, began its work on August 2.
Parliament has 107 members. 71 represent Prime Minister Pashinyan’s “Civil Treaty” party, 29 – the “Armenia” block, and seven – the “I have the honor” block.
