The number of hospital beds is very limited, here in the Valley, the Department of Health and Human Services reported that there are only 27 intensive care beds available.
However, some local hospitals reported that they are at full capacity during the night of this Tuesday and part of the problem is that the emergency services are being affected with the waiting time.
