Just over a month after filing a lawsuit against video game publisher Activision Blizzard on charges of discrimination and harassment, the California Department of Housing and Fair Employment (DFEH) has now expanded the scope of its original lawsuit, thanks to the details. discovered in a new Monday presentation.

News of the expanded lawsuit filing was first published by Axios and describes some new allegations, including news that Activision Blizzard has been actively preventing the investigation through NDA and the involvement of the WilmerHale law firm. The new filing also modifies parts of the original lawsuit to include contract and temporary workers, in addition to the publisher’s regular employees.
