Delete corporate data on devices – Microsoft 365 admin

This article applies to Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

Delete company data

You can use Microsoft 365 Business to delete corporate data that your users have on their devices or on Windows PCs protected by Microsoft 365. If you delete corporate data from a device, you won’t be able to restore it.

  1. Go to the Administration Center at https://admin.microsoft.com.

  2. In the left navigation, select> Manage devices.

  3. In the page To manage, choose or search for the data of a user you want to delete, and then choose the name.

  4. In the next pane, select the device (s) from the list Devices. In the device pane that opens, you can choose to reset the device to factory settings or delete company data, depending on the type of device.

  5. In the confirmation pane, select To confirm > the closure.
