Today, on August 23 in Odessa, on the Potemkin Stairs, a foreigner staged provocations during the flag raising ceremony. The man behaved defiantly and provoked a conflict with those present.

“The police are bringing to administrative responsibility a 26-year-old foreigner for disturbing public order during the celebrations in the center of Odessa,” the message says.
It is indicated that the man did not react to the demands of law enforcement officers to stop unlawful actions, and during the arrest he tried to hide.
Now the foreigner provides explanations in this regard to the police department.
In relation to the offender, protocols will be drawn up under Articles 173 (petty hooliganism) and 185 (malicious disobedience to a lawful order or request of a police officer) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine.
