The government of Mexico City announced this Sunday the dates on which the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine will be inoculated to the population residing in Tlalpan and Iztacalco.
From August 24 to 28, the aforementioned age group will be inoculated with the Sinovac vaccine.
In Tlalpan, the vaccination sites are the National Preparatory School 5 and the National Institute of Genomic Medicine, while in Iztacalco it is the Palacio de los Deportes.

In this third wave of COVID-19 in the country, until this Saturday there were 3 million 217 thousand 415 confirmed cases and 252 thousand 927 deaths in Mexico.
According to data from the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, 20,307 confirmed infections and 847 new deaths were reported.
A total of 154,064 active cases of the virus were also registered, where Colima, Mexico City, Tabasco, Nayarit and San Luis Potosí are the states that account for the highest number.
