The Buenos Aires town of Presidente Derqui, in the Pilar district, became the scene of a dramatic and aberrant event, since a 13-year-old girl was raped by an individual, 27, who had seduced her by Messenger. It was found that the defendant summoned the girl to a vacant lot in that area, where he sexually subjected her, and then fled. Police officers detained the aggressor.
Spokesmen for the judicial department of San Isidro revealed to cronica.com.ar that the defendant, aged 27, was arrested after being located by the authorities on a farm located at 1000 Río Dulce street, in the aforementioned district, in the north of the provincial suburbs.
According to what was stated by the informants, the proceedings were carried out by the public servants of the Departmental Subdelegation of Investigations (SubDDI) of Pilar and the DDI of San Isidro.
It transpired that the facts began to be investigated as a result of a complaint that, on August 16, filed the mother of the victim before the Justice officials.
In this regard, the 42-year-old woman maintained that her daughter had contacted a man by Messenger, who had sexually abused her, in a neighborhood wasteland.
Thanks to the different steps taken by the investigations, it was established that the individual had seduced the 13-year-old minor, whom he had summoned in a property located near the intersection of Puerto Rico and Río Segundo.
On the spot, the young man forced the girl to have sex with him in the grasslands and later left her abandoned in the open.
Moments later the adolescent returned home and told her relatives what had happened.
With the different data that were provided by the minor, the uniformed officers in charge of carrying out the investigative tasks were able to identify the person responsible for the crime.
Experts that, in turn, were carried out in the summary by the members of the San Isidro Delegation of the Scientific Police made it possible to certify the veracity of what had been denounced in the file by the victim’s mother.
He intervened in the case, which was titled “Sexual abuse”, the doctor Maria Jose Basiglio, prosecutor of the Thematic Unit of Gender Violence of Pilar, dependent on the courts of San Isidro.
