Thousands demonstrate against corona measures: ‘Fighting for our sector’ Inland

Municipality of Amsterdam: ‘Too busy, don’t come here’

UTRECHT – Hundreds of partygoers and event organizers gathered this afternoon at a protest for the passage of events canceled due to the corona measures. They walked through the center of Utrecht with loud dance music to express their displeasure. Not only in Utrecht, but also in other cities, such as Amsterdam and Nijmegen, festival-goers and event organizers demonstrated together against the corona measures. In Amsterdam it became so busy that the municipality was forced to ask new demonstrators to stop joining: “Don’t join anymore. Don’t come here.”
