The second edition of “Nouvelles Confluences” spurred on by the Lot-et-Garonne departmental council and its president Sophie Borderie, aims to “think and imagine together the future of Lot-et-Garonne” and to be open to all sensibilities. Its principle is to bring the public together in workshops led by personalities with recognized expertise in order to think about a better world.
