She massively insulted the judiciary, wanted to shop without a mask, but feels like a victim of smear campaigns: The 52-year-old has now been sentenced to imprisonment for her constant ranting and insults – without parole.
district – It didn’t help – the hours of lectures in the courtroom, the allegations against the judiciary, their accusations against the judges, youth welfare office and the press, their all-round attack against everyone who would lie to them and discriminate against them. Ultimately, Andreas Pfisterer sentenced the 52-year-old to a seven-month prison sentence without parole for insulting and defamation in several cases. “I cannot see a favorable social prognosis here,” the judge at the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district court justified his decision.
The trial against the woman, who currently lives in the Ammertal, lasted almost twelve hours over three days. She has several criminal records, claims to have been dubbed a “well-known mask refuser” and suffers from allergic asthma. She kept repeating this and was not deterred from bringing her lengthy charges against alleged slanderers, discriminators and bullies. Reviewer Dr. Albrecht Stein attested the defendant a paranoid and a querulous personality disorder as well as mental abnormality. The expert found that she had a reduced culpability, but was not incapable of culpability.
The accused described the judge as “unlawful”, “corrupt gang” and “Nazi judge” with “Stasi methods”
Public Prosecutor Hieber – he does not want to read his first name in the newspaper – presented the allegations that were brought against the accused. Among other things, in February 2020 – at that time she was living in Loisachtal – she referred to Judge Maria Buck from the district court as a “broken judge”, accused her of “fraudulent proceedings” and accused her of having forged files. In an e-mail, she insulted court employees as a “corrupt gang” and dubbed them “Nazi judges” who worked with “Stasi methods”.
The highlight was the defendants’ YouTube video, which was shown twice in court: With “Sodala, dear gentlemen”, the 52-year-old walks into the Edeka market in Farchant and is expelled from the house by the owner. The suspect had previously entered the shop without a mouth and nose protection and could not show her certificate. “You can put on the mask for a moment when you go shopping,” suggested the chairman. The answer came promptly. She snapped at him: “Such an attitude. Aren’t you ashamed, Judge Pfisterer? “
The defendant has prepared well: with a huge suitcase full of files
The defendant was well prepared for the trial. She brought mountains of files with her in a huge suitcase, which she put in folders on her desk. Again and again she pulled out slips of paper and statements and read them out, distributed copies to her lawyer Cliff Radke, to Pfisterer and Hieber. She made requests – for example that the hearing be recorded on tape or that the market operator’s husband be summoned as a witness – which Pfisterer refused.
Defendant lives on Hartz-IV and is exposed to a smear campaign
Again and again, the woman was accused of being deprived of her rights. She complained that she had uncovered the “methods of disintegration of the judiciary”, and smear campaigns were running against her. “Nobody took away your rights,” emphasized the judge. When the defendant then listed that, among other things, as a vegan and Hartz IV recipient, she could no longer fall back on the special offers in the supermarkets and was no longer welcome at the table, Pfisterer wondered: “How have you survived since the pandemic ? “
Hieber demanded seven months’ imprisonment for the accused, defense attorney Radke considered a fine to be appropriate. The judge followed the prosecutor and actually ordered seven months in prison without parole. “I cannot assume that she will not commit a crime again,” the judge reasoned. The accused accepted the verdict cursing. Pfisterer expects that she will appeal.
Just a week ago, a tourist in Mittenwald refused to put on a mask in a shop. When the 77-year-old Italian is pointed out, she freaks out. Ultimately, the police had to handcuff her.
