“We’re also not going to close roads because a few people get drunk behind the wheel,” he argues. “If risk behavior is shown, and that is non-vaccination in a sense, you should not announce general measures.”
Is that a plea to fully reopen society? “There will come a time when everyone has had the chance to be vaccinated. And we have to do our best to reach everyone.”
