Sporting’s squad started this Tuesday the preparation for the meeting next Saturday (20.30 hours) with Belenenses SAD, in Alvalade, referring to the third round of the League.
Rúben Amorim has the group practically at full strength, with Nuno Mendes being the only one unavailable. The full-back is still undergoing treatment recovering from a sprained left ankle and should not recover in time for the game against Belenenses SAD. Out of the leonine coach’s accounts is also Matheus Nunes, suspended.
For tomorrow, Wednesday, a new training session at the Academy is scheduled starting at 10 am.
