BOLASPORT.COM – President Barcelona, Joan Laporta, held a press conference discussing the issue of the club which was also the legacy of the previous leader, Josep Maria Bartomeu.
The press conference was held on Monday (16/8/2021) at 12 noon local time.
On that occasion, Joan Laporta discussed all the club matters, and the first to be mentioned was the player’s salary bill.
Joan Laporta stated that the player’s salary bill Barcelona already reached 103 percent of the club’s income.

In addition, Laporta also revealed what ways he has taken to cover the expenditure, namely seeking loans from outside parties.
“Our salaries reach 103 percent of the club’s total revenue,” Laporta said as quoted by BolaSport.com from Marca.
“That’s 20-25 percent more than our competitors.”
