Various events and filming of the School Youth Song and Dance Festival take place throughout the summer, Latvijas Radio informed the representative of the School Youth Song and Dance Festival Inga Vasiljeva. She pointed out that she is currently filming kokle music concerts all over Latvia. The achievements of the participants of the school song and dance festival can be seen on the public media portal lsm.lv, but from the autumn the concerts of the song festival will also be available on Latvian Television. Vasilyeva pointed out that the response from the participants was great, and considering the risks and limitations caused by the pandemic, the decision to hold the festival remotely was optimal.
