“This morning the Islamic Emirate (Taliban) issued a statement that our troops are outside the city of Kabul and we do not want to enter Kabul through military means,” he said.
“However, now we have reports that the district police station was evacuated, the police have left their jobs to ensure security, also the ministry is vacated and Kabul government security personnel have fled,” he added.
“Therefore, in order to avoid looting and looting in Kabul and stop the opportunists from harming people, the Islamic Emirate has advised its troops to enter areas of the city where the enemy has gone and areas that are at risk of looting and robbery,” he said.
