We are looking for student assistants who, ideally, will support us for several years and offer long-term collaboration in the team.
Part time
mind. 10 Std./Woche, max. 19 Std./Woche

tasks

You support the IT team with system administration (mixed Windows / Mac environment and Microsoft AD). You install software and hardware, help support staff and students (e.g. LMU Moodle administration).

requirements

  • You have good IT skills and can explain complex issues to users well in written and oral form.
  • For example, you are studying media informatics or you already have comparable experience in the IT sector.
  • If possible, you have prior knowledge of one or more of the following areas: first and second level support, system administration, Microsoft AD.
  • You bring patience, reliability and the ability to work in a team, work independently and enjoy dealing with people.
