Facebook Messenger gets end-to-end encryption for video and audio calls – IT Pro – News

I don’t know what you see as average, but the average person around me just knows how to turn on the computer, how to access the internet. The I think half of them don’t know what encryption is or if it has “something to do with security”. Now I think my environment is quite below average, but to give a few examples:
– if I want to install a USB mouse/keyboard.
-whether I want to install a printer.
-how to get their favorite websites on their desktop or favorites(bar).
-whether they update their phone/computer.
-that they do not know how to connect the computer (after moving).
-I had made an explanation in child language with screenshots showing exactly where to click (squares around the buttons, arrows, numbers) and yet some employees were afraid to do this because it was unfamiliar area.
-people who don’t understand why they don’t have internet outside their home while they do have a modem with wifi at home.
-whether I want to install their mail on their phone. Then ask the password and I get an answer like: There is no password, I open Outlook (or other program) and then it already works.

And I could give a few more examples, but I think it’s clear. Again I really expect my environment to be below average. And this wasn’t meant to offend people. They just have other qualities that are difficult for me.
