This location wants to stir up the party scene in New York City: The club “Somewhere Nowhere” opens on July 1st on the roof of the Renaissance Hotel on 25th Street in the Chelsea district. The highlight: the terrace with the highest outdoor pool in town!

The new club extends to an indoor and an outdoor area (around 5500 square meters) with two halls on the 37th and 38th floors of the hotel. In a press release, the makers describe the design as “quirky”, as a “fully sensory wonderland” and as an “enchanted hiking excursion”.

The plants, flowers and bushes illuminated by brightly colored spotlights provide the psychedelic touch of the terrace on the 39th floor. There are also wonderful gnome sculptures. With his design, architect Stonehill Taylor wants visitors to forget that they are in the middle of a pulsating metropolis.

You can not only dance extensively on the terrace to the deephouse and techno beats of international DJs, but also relax. If you have swimwear with you, you can cool off in the pool and enjoy an all-round view of Manhattan. Live concerts, artist performances and dinner evenings are also planned.
