Los Blancos had firmly rejected the cooperation plan before the meeting. Real Madrid have also taken legal action because they feel the agreement is detrimental to the club.
“The Board of Directors of Real Madrid CF unanimously agreed to initiate civil and criminal legal action against LaLiga President Javier Tebas Medrano, CVC Chairman Javier de Jaime Guijarro, and against CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS Fund itself,” Madrid said in a statement on its website. club a few days ago.
