Russia’s Investigative Committee says it considers the case to be “the provision of transport services without the necessary safety measures”
A woman died and 15 people were injured yesterday in a bus explosion in the Russian city of Voronezh, TASS reported.
The 35-year-old woman died at the hospital with her leg torn off by the explosion. Three of the victims are also in serious condition.
The case is being investigated, considering different versions. Russia’s Investigative Committee has said it considers the case to be “the provision of transport services without the necessary safety measures”.

Authorities say the bus was diesel and had no gas system.
After the explosion, the governor of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev ordered an inspection of the entire fleet in the city.
