JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The suspect in the alleged illegal access and disappearance of evidence, Doctor Richard Lee, was not detained by the Polda Metro Jaya.
Doctor Richard Lee’s attorney, Razman Arif Nasution, said that the decision to repatriate his client was an order from the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
“Tonight, my client was not detained under the attention of the Chief of Police and on the orders of the Chief of Police, so my client was not arrested,” said Razman, quoted from Kompas.com, Thursday (12/8/2021).

Razman revealed the reason why Doctor Richard Lee was not detained, namely because he was considered cooperative in the examination process.
“My clients are cooperative, invited cooperatively, videos circulate cooperatively. He was treated well, slept well there, “he said.
In addition to not being detained, Doctor Richard Lee is also not required to undergo mandatory reporting because it is considered harmless.
“No (required to report). There is no extraordinary crime, nothing dangerous,” he stressed.
Happy to hear that his client was not arrested, Razman also thanked the investigators who processed Doctor Richard Lee. His party will try to defend this beauty doctor related to the alleged disappearance of evidence.
“God willing, we will fight in court regarding the alleged removal of evidence that has previously been taken action to be seized by investigators,” said Razman.
