Kinnaman is currently in the role of “Rick Flag” in the latest “Suicide Squad” movie, but he is also in the wind because the Swedish model Bella Davis accuses him of rape.
According to the model, whose real name is Gabriella Magnusson, Kinnaman is said to have raped her in a hotel room in New York in 2018. She has reported the incident, and according to Aftonbladet Swedish prosecutors have now started investigating him.
Kinnaman has again reported Davis for threats and harassment. In addition, he has applied for a restraining order and claims that the model spreads false information with the aim of blackmailing him.
“Recently, Bella has threatened to publish false information about me, including that I had sex with her against her will, if I did not give in to her demands,” he recently wrote on Instagram.
Kinnaman, who is known from, among other things, the TV series “Altered Carbon”, “House of cards” and “The Killing”, claims that the threats from the woman affect both him and the family.
– Since we first met, the threats of violence against me and my family have become so serious and concrete that I have seen no other way than to ask for a restraining order, he writes.
The online newspaper TMZ has gained access to the documents confirming that Kinnaman applied for a restraining order for Magnusson on Friday. The post on Instagram should be an explanation on his part of why he does this.
