Jhon Arias will leave Santa Fe for Brazil

Brazilian football continues to be nourished by several of the figures of Colombian football, it seems to be the case of Jhon Arias, the steering wheel of Independent Santa Fe, who became one of the wishes of Fluminense. Their sports rights belong to Patriotas Boyacá, which is why the negotiation of the Rio team is carried out directly with said club.

Arias has been part of the staff that Santa Fe has used at the start of the BetPlay Dimayor 2021-2 League, however there have been several weeks in which Patriotas has been in contact with Fluminense and apparently they have reached an agreement.

“Jhon Arias travels to Brazil on Friday to join Fluminense. The Colombian National Team arrives and leaves ”, stated coach Harold Rivera in an interview with Win Sports. Much had been speculated in recent days in Brazilian media such as Globo, who indicated that the business was close to being completed.

Arias played 28 games representing Santa Fe, scoring three goals and becoming one of the cardinals’ main offensive tools, which is why Rivera clarified that they will have to adjust their game system, since Arias’s departure completely changes their plans.
