He is accused of raping a minor three times about two decades ago, world news agencies reported. The civil case was filed in Manhattan District Court. Plaintiff Virginia Juffre says the Duke of York, the second son of Queen Elizabeth II, raped and beat her when she was 17 years old. “Influential and rich people are not free to take responsibility for their actions. I hope that other victims will see that it is possible not to live in silence and fear, but to get their lives back by speaking openly and demanding justice.” she added. Juffre has repeatedly made accusations against the British prince, but for the first time she is taking legal action against him. Andrew categorically rejected her claims in an interview with the BBC in November 2019. He questioned the authenticity of a photo in which he hugged Juffre. Juffre is one of the accusers of financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was convicted of trafficking in minors for sexual exploitation and who died in prison in Manhattan in the summer of 2019. The complaint against Andrew alleges that it was Epstein and his girlfriend Gislane Maxwell who forced Juffre to have sex with Prince Andrew. / BTA – Related posts:Ukraine rejects Putin's truce at Orthodox ChristmasAnd in Moscow they requested Vladimir Putin to resign: RussiaSportSiedlce.pl » VII Triathlon and Paratriathlon Bug Land is getting closer"Social Affairs Minister Tri Rismaharini Calls for Improved Work Performance After Eid Al-Fitr" Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers can already be vaccinated against Covid-19 “I wanted to go back on stage” Leave a Comment Cancel replyCommentName Email Website Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
