Støre was more on the cutting edge than we are used to, VG’s commentator believes.

For the first time ever, Jonas Gahr Støre (Labor Party), Erna Solberg (H) and Trygve Slagsvold Vedum (Sp) barked together in a prime ministerial debate.
The prime ministerial candidates were asked questions about unemployment, government alternatives, district policy and climate.
– Erna and Jonas are often even in duels. Jonas often has a more rhetorical touch than Erna, but the Prime Minister with his experience and elephant memory often strikes him at details and knowledge of the cases. The joker Trygve was the debate’s big surprise that gave new dynamism to the debate. But today it was a cowardly team, and Erna lost, says VG’s commentator Tone Sofie Aglen.
