On Tuesday 10th August 2021, Xiaomi will unmask the flagship phone Mi Mix 4. A new leak that has appeared on Weibo has revealed the key specifications of the phone ahead of its official launch.
As the latest leak, Mi Mix 4 will feature a panel AMOLED 6.67 inches with curved edges. This display will support Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution, 480 Hz touch sampling rate, refresh rate 120 Hz, and a color depth of 10 bits.
The processor it uses is Snapdragon 888 Plus. This chipset will be combined with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. This device is reinforced with a 4,500 mAh battery capacity that supports 120W wired fast charging and fast charging wireless 50W.
Reported from Gizmochina (9/8), this leak states that the Mi Mix 4 is equipped with camera under the 20 MP screen. The back panel of the device has three camera units, of which the main camera uses a 100 MP Samsung HMX sensor with OIS support, lens free-form 120 degrees, and an 8 MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and OIS.
Other features include dual SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, A-GPS, USB-C, NFC, Harman/Kardon stereo speakers, high-resolution audio support, X-axis linear motor, and IP68-certified water resistance. This device measures 162.65 x 75.35 x 8.02 mm and weighs 225 grams. The Mi Mix 4 is rumored to come in Ceramic Grey, Ceramic White, and Ceramic Black.
Unfortunately, the leak doesn’t share any information regarding the price of the Mi Mix 4. However, previous reports claim that it will be a more expensive device than the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. A recently leaked promotional poster for the phone reveals that the rear camera configuration will be similar to that of the Mi 11 Ultra, but without the secondary display.
