The police were notified of a fire in a house in Kirkegata in Trondheim around 22.20 on Friday night.
At 23.33 on Friday night, the police report on Twitter that there is control of the fire, and that no one has been injured.
According to reports to the police, several people were in the building when it started to burn.
– There was also a report of people jumping out of the window and a full fire in an apartment on the first floor of the building, says operations manager in Trøndelag police district, Øystein Sagen to TV 2.
At 23 o’clock, the fire brigade is on site and working to put out the fire, and has searched the house.
– We have control of all the eight who will live at the address, and there is no danger of spreading, Sagen states.
It is currently unknown what caused the fire to start, but an investigation will be launched when the fire is extinguished.
